2. Execution. Theis is about aligning the goals and having everyone action them like navy SEALS at pace and agility. Have cadences of daily, weekly, monthly actions. Have accountability systems to measure progress.
3. Agility. You have to make good decisions fast and pivot faster if things don't go to plan. Think hard. Make the decision, act on it, and if you see things going off course change fast. Many companies fail to do the hard thinking well enough, don't act fast enough, and if things go off course they do not pivot quickly enough.
4. Communication. As a CEO you have to have a super clear vision, mission, strategy, and action plan you need to communicate clearly, regularly, consistently. You have to beat the drum every day . The force to get people to move comes from you by example.
